Nextcut Media is a two-founder shop, founded in Birmingham, Alabama in 2026. Lyle Griffin and Andrew Agostinelli run it — together, directly, with no account managers in between.

We have a simple working theory: most small businesses don't need another agency selling another deliverable. They need someone who will actually listen to what is broken, write down what they heard, and ship the fix. That is the work.

We work across industries — plumbers, dentists, dry cleaners, detailers, contractors, restaurants, salons — anywhere a service business loses calls, reviews, or repeat customers because the system underneath the business is leaking. The fix looks different for each shop. The way we approach it does not.
